Get the IP Address for "Local Area Connection"

In Windows, find out what your IP Address is for "Local Area Connection".

At a command prompt type:

ipconfig /all

Look for:

Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection

In that section locate:

IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1 (Example)

Write down your IP Address on paper.
